Abstract:

Birth conditioned intraosseous lesions of the Occiput can occur as condylar compressions or exhibit themselves on the Squama occipitalis. It is recommended that the diagnosis be carried out in an eight-stage procedure. The treatment requires the freeing of the sutures of the skull cap. The actual treatment is dependent on the respective type of the compression and is conclusively described in detail.

Geburtsbedingte intraossäre Läsionen des Okziputs können als kondyläre Kompressionen auftreten oder sich an der Squama occipitalis zeigen. Zu deren Diagnose empfiehlt sich ein Vorgehen in acht Schritten. Zur Behandlung sollten erst die Suturen des Schädeldachs befreit werden. Die eigentliche Behandlung hängt von der jeweiligen Art der Kompression ab und wird abschließend ausführlich beschrieben.
