Abstract:

Mobility in the organ is represented by the spatial movement caused by breathing activity. During breathing at rest the diaphragm moves through four phases of movement. There is no spatial mobilization in the organs, they are simply compressed. There is also more than one specific way to mobilize each abdominal organ. If an organ is mobilized by breathing at rest, this indicates a malfunction in the functional equilibrium, caused either by the diaphragm itself or its related systems.
