Abstract:

This article presents key findings from a study that examined the influence of osteopathic treatments on the digestive tract of infants. The findings indicate a significant effect of osteopathic interventions—both on the regulation of digestive functions and on the modulation of the autonomic nervous system. These correlations are particularly relevant for the therapeutic care of infants with symptoms of early childhood regulatory disorders or corresponding diagnoses. (translated by Ostlib)
