Abstract:

Disturbances at the three pillars of the hypsiloid cartilage (Os ilium, Os pubis, and Os ischii) can lead to growth, developmental, and motor disturbances. Dysfunctions of the pelvic ring lead to changes of the locomotor system and the postural motor system, and manifest themselves as asymmetric kicking and crawling. As motoric peculiarities are not always clearly recognizable, they have to be examined osteopathically in a subtle way. The article describes in detail the examination and treatment of intraosseous lesions of the sacrum and the pelvic bones.

Störungen an den drei Säulen der Y–Fuge (Os ilium, Os pubis und Os ischii) können zu Wachstums–, Entwicklungs– und Bewegungsstörungen führen. Dysfunktionen des Beckenrings führen zu Änderungen der Bewegungs– und Stützmotorik und zeigen sich etwa als asymmetrisches Strampeln und Krabbeln. Weil motorische Auffälligkeiten aber nicht immer klar erkennbar sind, müssen sie osteopathisch subtil untersucht werden. Der Artikel beschreibt ausführlich Untersuchung und Behandlung intraossärer Läsionen des Sakrums und der Beckenknochen.
