Abstract:

The vocal apparatus is subject to a wide variety of influences due to its mechanical, myofascial, and neural connections within the body. This article illustrates the anatomical and functional relationships and discusses possible dysfunctions in functional voice disorders. In addition to connections to the parietal and visceral systems, it highlights in particular the connections to the craniosacral system. Der Stimmapparat unterliegt durch seine mechanischen, myofaszialen und neuronalen Verbindungen innerhalb des Körpers verschiedensten Einflüssen. Dieser Artikel veranschaulicht die anatomischen und funktionellen Zusammenhänge und bespricht mögliche Dysfunktionen bei funktionellen Stimmstörungen. Neben Verbindungen zum parietalen und viszeralen System beleuchtet er insbesondere die Verbindungen zum kraniosakralen System. Dies soll einen Grundstein für eine zielgerichtete osteopathische Untersuchung und Behandlung bei funktionellen Stimmstörungen legen.
