Abstract:

The treatment of vessels in the wall of an organ is possible due to the functional connections between the intramural vascular system and the muscular architecture and enteric nerve system of the viscera. The aim of osteopathic treatment is to stimulate intravisceral movement, as the intrinsic motor activity of an organ influences local control of circulatory function.

Die Behandlung der Gefäße in der Organwand ist aufgrund der funktionellen Verbindung des intramuralen Gefäßsystems mit der Myoarchitektur und dem enterischen Nervensystem der Viszera möglich. Ziel der osteopathischen Behandlung ist es, die intraviszerale Bewegung zu stimulieren, da die intrinsische motorische Aktivität des Organs die lokale Durchblutungssteuerung beeinflusst.
