Abstract:

Motor disorders of vertebral joints (blocks) can contribute to the development of a disk prolapse in the lumbar spine, which causes a large proportion of the symptoms. They can be successfully treated in a targeted manner with the muscle energy technique. Preventive treatment is suggested. This can mean savings in terms of treatment costs and salaries/wages during periods of incapacity.

Die Störungen der Gelenksbeweglichkeit an der Wirbelsäule (Blockierungen) sind Mitursache für die Entstehung des Bandscheibenvorfalles an der Lendenwirbelsäule. Auf sie ist ein großer Teil der Beschwerden zurückzuführen. Sie können mit der Muscle energie technique zielgerichtet und sehr erfolgreich behandelt werden. Die prophylaktische Behandlung ist sinnvoll. Kosten für Therapie und Lohnfortzahlung können eingespart werden.
