Abstract:

Introduction. Gingival recession is a highly relevant and common dental pathology. The prevalence of recession ranges from 45,5 to 99,3 % in people of different ages, with the risk of gingival recession increasing with age. The true etiology of gingival recession, its components and the degree of their influence, jointly or separately; the influence of the environment and lifestyle on the development of pathology are poorly understood. In the literature, for example, there is no classification of etiological factors according to the degree of their influence as triggers of gingival recession. It is of scientific interest to study the causes of gingival recession, their systematisation and assessment of the degree of influence of each factor separately and together. The aim of the study is to develop a classification system of etiological factors taking into account their significance and degree of influence on the formation of gingival recessions. Materials and methods. Analysis of scientific literature, methods of classification and structuring; methods of decomposition, integration and determination of cause-and-effect relationships. Results. A model of classification of factors of the etiology of gingival recessions was proposed, elements of the structure of etiological factors of gingival recessions were determined by the degree of their influence on pathogenesis. Conclusion. The study and understanding of the etiology of gingival recessions allows the clinician to select a personalised treatment taking into account individual characteristics that influence the recession occurrence and its condition: congenital and acquired factors; living conditions, habits, level of hygiene, as well as other components that aggravate or compensate for the degree and level of complexity of any recession - single, multiple or generalised. It is advisable to continue the study of literature data to expand the classification and detail the structure of etiological factors.

Введение. Рецессия десны — это крайне актуальная и часто встречающаяся стоматологическая патология. Её распространенность колеблется у людей разного возраста от 45,5 до 99,3 %, при этом с возрастом риск возникновения рецессии десны увеличивается. Истинная этиология рецессии десны, её компоненты и степень их влияния, совместно или порознь, влияние среды и образа жизни людей на развитие патологии мало изучены. В литературе, например, нет классификации этиологических факторов по степени их влияния как триггеров возникновения рецессии десны. Научный интерес представляет изучение причин возникновения этой патологии, их систематизация и оценка степени влияния каждого из факторов по отдельности и вместе. Цель исследования — разработать классификационную систему этиологических факторов с учётом их значения и степени влияния на образование рецессии десны. Материалы и методы. Анализ научных данных литературы, методы классификации и структуризации; методы декомпозиции, интеграции и определения причинно-следственных связей. Результаты. Предложена модель классификации факторов этиологии рецессии десны, определены элементы структуры этиологических факторов данной патологии по степени их влияния на патогенез. Выводы. Изучение и понимание этиологии рецессии десны позволяет врачу-клиницисту подобрать лечение с учётом индивидуальных особенностей, влияющих на возникновение рецессии и её состояние: врождённые и приобретённые факторы, условия жизни, привычки, уровень гигиены, а также другие компоненты, усугубляющие или компенсирующие степень и уровень сложности любой рецессии — одиночной, множественной или генерализованной. Целесообразно продолжить исследования данных литературы для расширения классификации и детализации структуры этиологических факторов.
