Abstract:

Paediatricians and osteopaths often have communication problems. The main cause of the problems can be demonstrated by the so-called “Johari Window“. The dialogue between the two can only be improved with more mutual knowledge about each other. Scientific, osteopathic studies based on the criteria of Evidence Based Medicine (EBM) are particularly suitable in solving the “secrets“ of osteopathy.

Kinderarzt und Osteopath haben oft Verständigungsprobleme. Die prinzipiellen Ursachen hierfür lassen sich am sogenannten “Johari-Fenster“ aufzeigen. Erst wenn beide mehr voneinander wissen, lässt sich ihr Dialog verbessern. Wissenschaftliche, osteopathische Studien nach den Kriterien der Evidence based medicine sind besonders gut geeignet, das “Geheimnis“ der Osteopathie zu lösen.
