Abstract:
Enuresis is a common reason why parents are looking for therapeutic support. This disease is an enormous psychological stress for both parents and children. The disease pattern of enuresis is not homogenous, it rather consists of different clinical and aetiological syndromes, which are partly very complex and require different forms of therapies. A possible reason for enuresis with urge incontinence is a higher abdominal pressure. To find out, if the reason for consultation is linked to such an abdominal pressure, an appropriate way of diagnosing is recommended. The following article shows which tests are reasonable and explains the therapeutic process by referring to a case study.
