Abstract:

In osteopathic anamnesis, the psychical expression of enuresis should have the same importance as the search for the physical dysfunctions. In this subject, which is often tainted with shame, dealing with children and parents in speech and gestures is particularly challenging. To cultivate the adultomorphism is the task of the therapist during the verbalization of the problem of enuresis with regard to the parents. To overcome it and to let it lead to a skillfully as well as lovingly developed culture of authenticity between body language and verbalized language is necessary when dealing with children.

In der osteopathischen Anamnese sollte der psychische Ausdruck des Einnässens ebenso Raum bekommen wie die Suche nach den körperlichen Dysfunktionen. In diesem oftmals mit Scham behafteten Thema stellt der Umgang mit Kindern und Eltern in Sprache und Gestus eine besondere Herausforderung dar. Den Adultomorphismus zu kultivieren, ist die Aufgabe des Therapeuten bei der Versprachlichung des Problems Enuresis den Eltern gegenüber. Ihn zu überwinden und die Kommunikation in eine kunst– wie liebevoll entwickelte Kultur der Authentizität zwischen Körper– und verbalisierter Sprache münden zu lassen, ist nötig im Umgang mit den Kindern.
