Abstract:

Bacteria exist in the human body in cooperation with all cells. Together they create the microbiome, which is involved in probably every physical process. The microbiome develops prenatally, is a prerequisite for health throughout life, and is influenced by the individual living conditions, in particular by environment and nutrition. Microbiome disorders lead to various medical affections, while microbiome therapy can bring about fundamental healing. Osteopathic treatment invisibly co-treats the microbiome, which can be handled intentionally. Caring for the microbiome supports both therapist and patient and helps to improve hygiene for people as well as for premises.

Bakterien kooperieren im Menschen mit allen Zellen und bilden ein Gemeinschaftsorgan, das Mikrobiom, das wahrscheinlich bei sämtlichen Körpervorgängen beteiligt ist. Es bildet sich vorgeburtlich, wird durch die jeweiligen Lebensumstände beeinflusst, besonders durch Umwelt und Ernährung, und gilt lebenslänglich als Voraussetzung für Gesundheit. Mikrobiomstörungen führen zu den verschiedensten Erkrankungen, und mit einer Mikrobiomtherapie kann grundlegende Heilung geschehen. Bei jeder osteopathischen Behandlung wird das Mikrobiom unsichtbar mitbehandelt, was sich bewusst handhaben lässt. Mikrobiompflege unterstützt Therapeuten wie Patienten und hilft bei der Hygiene für Menschen und in Praxisräumlichkeiten.
