Abstract:
Starting from the basic principles of Structural Integration (Rolfing®) Dr. med. Hans Flury developed a new form of movement called Normal Function. Every Normal Movement starts with a selective letting go of muscle tension. The elastic force of stretched fascia is efficiently used. This is explained with the example of Folding, the basic form of Normal Function.
