Abstract:

As observed during this investigation, the dysfunctions of the Scapular Waist are frequent musculoskeletal processes in the professional consultation, after cervicalgias and lumbalgias, therefore the study and the investigation on the possible causes is of great importance, and consequently the adequate therapeutics. The purpose of this research is the application of a soft tissue osteopathic technique, «streching with a specific fixation point», with certain maintenance times to achieve its effective flexibility. We worked with a total of 50 subjects, adults of both sexes. The participants were between 30 and 80 years of age. A goniometric measurement was made before and after the intervention. In conclusion, it was found that there are no statistically significant differences between the control group and the experimental group in the pre-intervention mobility levels, nor in the pre and post-intervention mobility levels in the control group. It was observed that there are statistically significant differences in the pre and post intervention mobility levels in the experimental group and between the experimental group and the control in post intervention levels.

Дисфункция плечевого пояса — часто встречающееся костно-мышечное нарушение, с которым сталкиваются специалисты во время консультации, поэтому изучение и исследование возможных причин этой дисфункции и ее адекватная терапия имеют большое значение. Объектом данного исследования является остеопатическая техника вытяжения мягких тканей со специфической точкой фиксации, выполняемая с определенными временны′ ми интервалами для достижения податливости тканей. Мы работали в общей сложности с 50 взрослыми участниками 30–80 лет обоих полов. Гониометрические измерения проводили до и после воздействия. Было установлено, что между контрольной и экспериментальной группой не было статистически значимых различий в объеме движения до воздействия. Также не было статистически значимых различий в уровне мобильности до и после воздействия в контрольной группе. Однако были отмечены статистически значимые различия в объеме движения в экспериментальной группе до и после воздействия, а также между экспериментальной и контрольной группой после воздействия.
