Abstract:

The chronic pain syndromes of the inguinal region vary etiologically. Apart from disorders of the hip joint and the inguinal hernia the iliohypogastric and ilioinguinal nervs and the visceral-somatic phenomena are important differential diagnoses in clinical practice. Osteopathy is a complementary therapeutical option for some of the mentioned pathologies.
