Abstract:

In every period of life development and its dysfunctions can be treated by an osteopath. Types of attachment and patterns of relation are imprinted in baby's age. They represent a basis for learning and development in life. Children, related persons and osteopaths build a psychosocial net. This net of interrelations influences the osteopathic treatment via making contact, mirror actions and communication on different levels. The influence is mutual and an osteopath should principally integrate these aspects of relation in his therapy.

In jeder Lebensphase findet Entwicklung statt, deren Störungen osteopathisch behandelt werden können. Im Kleinkindalter werden Bindungstypen und Beziehungsmuster geprägt. Sie stellen eine Grundlage für das weitere Lernen und die Entwicklung dar. Kinder, Bezugspersonen und Osteopathen bilden ein psychosoziales Netz. Dieses Beziehungsgeflecht beeinflusst die osteopathische Behandlung durch Kontaktaufnahme, Spiegeln und Kommunikation auf verschiedenen Ebenen. Der Einfluss ist wechselseitig, und ein Osteopath sollte diese Beziehungsaspekte in seiner Therapie grundsätzlich einbeziehen.
