Abstract:

Summary The autonomic nervous system (ANS) consists of 3 parts: The sympathetic, the parasympathetic and the enteric nervous system. These 3 parts are under the control of the hypothalamus and the limbic system. The ANS guarantees under physiological conditions a homoeostatic regulation of body functions and develops the basis for body recovery and the maintenance of the immune competence. All over all the ANS acts as a platform for the salutogenetic resource.

Das autonome Nervensystem (ANS) besteht aus drei Komponenten: dem sympathischen, dem parasympathischen und dem enterischen Nervensystem. Diese drei stehen unter der Kontrolle des Hypothalamus und des limbischen Systems. Das ANS garantiert unter physiologischen Bedingungen eine homöostatische Regulation körperlicher Funktionen und entwickelt die Basis für die Regeneration des Körpers sowie für die Aufrechterhaltung der Immunkompetenz. Somit agiert das ANS als Plattform für die Entwicklung einer salutogenetischen Ressource.
