Abstract:

Due to its origin at the ligamentous apparatus of the iliosacral joint, the longissimus muscle and the iliopsoas muscle form a muscular loop from the dorsal side to the ventral side. Has the longissimus muscle therefore a power transmitting effect on the iliopsoas muscle? The fascial chain continues via the iliopsoas muscle to the diaphragm, runs on the ventral side of the pericardium to the hyoid and on the dorsal side of the pericardium to the pharynx.

Durch ihren Ursprung am Bandapparat des Iliosakralgelenks bilden der Musculus longissimus und Musculus iliopsoas eine Muskelschlinge von dorsal nach ventral. Hat der Musculus longissimus somit eine krafübertragende Wirkung auf den Musculus iliopsoas? Die fasziale Kette setzt sich über den Musculus iliopsoas bis zum Zwerchfell fort, zieht ventral des Perikards zum Hyoid und dorsal des Perikards zum Pharynx.
