Abstract:

While the first part of this article dealt with the osteopathic treatment of the interosseous lesion (IOL) [1], this contribution records the treatment of IOLs with the help of four guideline-supported interviews. The data were evaluated with the data processing program MAXQDA using the qualitative content analysis according to Gläser & Laudel. The result of this study, which was originally carried out as part of a bachelor thesis, shows a variety of possibilities for the osteopathic treatment of an IOL. For this purpose, the structure of a treatment is explained, the treatment is being described, influencing factors named and the treatment put in relation to osteopathic treatment principles. Abstract original language Im ersten Teil des Beitrags waren Theorie und Forschungsstand der Behandlung der intraossären Läsion (IOL) dargelegt worden.Mithilfe von vier leitfadengestützen Interviews wurde die Behandlung der IOL wissenschaftlich analysiert. Die Auswertung der Daten erfolgte mit dem Datenverarbeitungsprogramm MAXQDA anhand der qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse nach Gläser & Laudel. Das Ergebnis dieser Studie, die ursprünglich im Rahmen einer Bachelorarbeit durchgeführt worden war, zeigt vielfältige Möglichkeiten der osteopathischen Behandlung einer IOL. Hierfür wird die Strukturierung einer Behandlung erläutert, die Behandlung beschrieben, beeinflussende Faktoren genannt und die Behandlung in Relation mit osteopathischen Behandlungsprinzipien gesetzt.
