Abstract:

For the osteopathic practice imperative guidelines for the application of a management system don't exist at the moment. Nevertheless the use of a system like the ISO 9001 is profitable, likewise for the owner, the colleagues and the patients. With the system and the continuous improvement the required quality and as well a higher satisfaction fulfilling the profession are guaranteed.
