Abstract:

In the embryonic period, the hip joint is formed from the rudimentary form of a limb bud on a chondral basis by a differentiated separation process. During the fetal period, the vascularization of the femoral head begins. Microradiographies show the significance of the Lig. capitis femoris for the alimentation of the head. At the same time, the acetabulum begins to ossify. It can also be observed, that the depth of the socket decreases from the 12th fetal week to birth, in order to increase again after birth. However, in the same period of time, the femoral head, which was perfectly round in the beginning, flattens, in order to become spherical again after birth.

In der Embryonalperiode entsteht aus der Anlage einer Extremitätenknospe auf chondraler Basis durch einen differenzierten Abgliederungsprozess das Hüftgelenk. Während der Fetalperiode beginnt die Vaskularisation des Femurkopfs. Mikroradiografien zeigen die Bedeutung des Lig. capitis femoris für die Ernährung des Kopfes.Zeitgleich beginnt das Azetabulum zu ossifizieren. Auch lässt sich beobachten, dass die Tiefe der Pfanne von der 12. Fetalwoche bis zur Geburt abnimmt, um nach der Geburt wieder zuzunehmen. Hingegen flacht im gleichen Zeitraum der anfangs kugelrunde Femurkopf ab, um nach der Geburt wieder kugelförmig zu werden.
