Abstract:

Etiological factors, risk factors and mechanisms of action of afflictions, healing reactions and somato-physiological experience-context-dysfunction patterns characterize the specific treatment approaches within the framework of psychosomatic osteopathy (PSO). The case study of an athlete who suffered performance losses is intended to exemplify the therapeutic principle of PSO. In addition, the process of multimodal bifocal integration is presented.

Ätiologische Faktoren, Risikofaktoren und Wirkmechanismen von Beschwerden, Heilreaktionen und somato-physiologische Erlebnis-Kontext-Dysfunktionsmuster kennzeichnen die spezifischen Behandlungsansätze im Rahmen der psychosomatischen Osteopathie (PSO). Das Fallbeispiel eines Sportlers, der Leistungseinbußen zu beklagen hat, soll das therapeutische Prinzip der PSO exemplarisch vorstellen. Darüber hinaus wird der Ablauf der multimodalen bifokalen Integration vorgestellt.
