Abstract:

In the early 20th century, pandemic influenca patients were not only successfully treated with osteopathy, they also showed significantly lower mortality rates compared to those undergoing medical interventions. Possible dysfunction patterns and treatment approaches of early osteopaths are presented and discussed in the article.
