Abstract:

The aim is to present an updated version of the clinical guidelines «Somatic Dysfunction», incorporating current understanding of somatic dysfunctions as potentially reversible structural and functional disorders in the human body, their diagnosis, and treatment for osteopathic physicians. Somatic dysfunctions are included in the International Classification of Diseases, Injuries, and Conditions Affecting Health (ICD), 10th and 11th revisions. The updated version of the clinical guidelines clarifies the classification of somatic dysfunctions, presents current information on the effectiveness of osteopathic treatment for various conditions, and updates the list of current regulatory documents. Conclusion. Compliance with clinical guidelines contributes to timely diagnosis and improved quality of medical care for patients with somatic dysfunction.

Цель — представить актуализированную версию клинических рекомендаций «Соматическая дисфункция», включающую современные представления о соматических дисфункциях как потенциально обратимых структурно-функциональных нарушениях в организме человека, их диагностике и коррекции, для врачейостеопатов. Соматические дисфункции включены в Международную классификацию болезней, травм и состояний, влияющих на здоровье (МКБ) 10-го и 11-го пересмотра. В актуализированной версии клинических рекомендациях уточнена классификация соматических дисфункций, представлена современная информация об эффективности остеопатической коррекции при различных заболеваниях, а также обновлен список действующих нормативных документов. Заключение. Выполнение клинических рекомендаций способствует своевременному установлению диагноза и улучшению качества оказания медицинской помощи пациентам с соматическими дисфункциями.
