Abstract:

The aim of this article is to take a closer look at the psychosocial aspects of chronic pain in particular and to highlight possible connections between the experience of pain and the occurrence of pain. Biographical, systemic, and social aspects all play an important role here. Implications for therapy are derived from this. Reference is made in particular to the opportunities offered by increased interprofessional and participatory cooperation, which go substantially beyond the possibilities of conventional multimodal models. Anliegen dieses Artikels ist es, insbesondere die psychosozialen Aspekte des chronischen Schmerzes näher in den Blick zu nehmen und mögliche Zusammenhänge im Schmerzerleben und Schmerzgeschehen darzustellen. Hier spielen sowohl biografische als auch systemische und gesellschaftliche Aspekte eine wesentliche Rolle. Abgeleitet werden Implikationen für die Therapie. Verwiesen wird v. a. auf die Chancen verstärkter interprofessioneller und partizipativer Zusammenarbeit, die substanziell über die Möglichkeiten üblicher multimodaler Modelle hinausgehen.
