Abstract:

Chiropractic is a product of American healing cultures around 1900. Since 1920s it had spread all over U.S. Chiropractic's way to Germany has not been researched so far. Graduates of Chiropractic from different colleges may have settled down in German cities around 1930. In National Socialism, the new healing culture was faced with distrust at first. Later it was licensed within the laymen, if chiropractics offered a mixture of naturopathy, chiropractic and other alternative concepts.
