Abstract:

We get in touch with the environment via the skin, and it is ideally prepared for this. First of all, dimensions, color components, and blood supply are presented. The vascular apparatus and even more the distribution of the tissue types are an obvious indication for a stratification. Regional differences (inguinal, field and semi–mucosa) are functional adaptations. Cleavage lines reflect the vectors of the connective tissue of the skin, Blaschko lines, radicular units (”dermatomes„) and head zones reflect various aspects of the embryonic development.

Über die Haut treten wir mit der Umwelt in Kontakt, wozu sie optimal gerüstet ist. Zunächst werden Dimensionen, Farb–Komponenten und Blutversorgung vorgestellt. Bereits der Gefäßapparat macht eine Schichtung deutlich, erst recht die Verteilung der Gewebearten. Regionale Unterschiede (Leisten–, Felder–, Halbschleimhaut) sind funktionelle Anpassungen. Spaltlinien spiegeln Vektoren des Hautbindegewebes wieder, Blaschko–Linien, radikuläre Einheiten („Dermatome”) und Head–Zonen diverse Aspekte der Embryonalentwicklung.
