Abstract:

The orbital cavity with its osseous structures, the eye muscles, and the eyeball has a complex anatomy. Strain and lesions in this area can lead to discomforts. In the area of the orbital cavity, techniques at the frontonasal suture, the frontal suture and the nasomaxillary suture as well as at the orbital cavity itself are described. Techniques, which are presented here, can be carried out even at the eyeballs themselves.

Die Orbita mit ihren knöchernen Strukturen, den Augenmuskeln und dem Augapfel verfügt über eine komplexe Anatomie. Belastungen und Läsionen können hier zu Beschwerden führen. Im Bereich der Orbita werden Techniken an den Suturae frontonasalis, frontalis und nasomaxillaris sowie der Orbita selbst beschrieben. Auch an den Augäpfeln selbst lassen sich Techniken durchführen, die hier vorgestellt werden.
